I'm starting my first bulking cycle on Monday (Sus, Deca, DBol) for 8 weeks.
Is there a difference with how much I should eat if I was naturally bulking compared to taking roids?
I would normally take in 1gr protein/lb of lean body weight, 3g carbs, 0.7g fat. What about calories based on bodyweight?
Is this right or should I increase it?
I'm only planning on doing one cycle in my life, so I want it to be the best possible.
