question about conflict with diet
I have been plateud as of late and changed my diet to eating about 260 grams of protein and working out differently too to switch it up. I am very interested in gettting is much gains as possible. I am curious to oknow how much light drinking as in 4-5 beers with a few shots 1 or 2 a week would be detrimental to me noticing gains in strenght and size

Alcohol will hinder gains significantly and can through off your body for days. It also lowers test levels. Casual drinking and bodybuilding aren't synonymous for that reason. Post your diet and info and we can help you better.

If you have goals w/your body, I'd nix the alcohol consumption until you are there.
The fastest way from point A to point B is a straight line.
