    I've done it.. 10,000 calories in a 24 hour time span.. and i'm too drunk to remember who wanted to do this.. but i stuffed my face for 24 hours straight and bearly made over 10k and threw up two times.. here's what i had from 12am to 11:30pm

    Congrats on the 10K! Youre gonna feel like crap in the morning! U will be so dehydrated (cotton mouth) and bloated! The whole 4th of july weekend is just bad for dieting. Everyone has been celebrating since friday night! Oh well, start over again on monday! (Thats what i always say)

    yup i know im a feel like ass druing am cardio.. but hey i'm living proof that 10k in a day is possible.. what an achivment..

    just finished my 4th eating ended up at about 6000 cals. Did manage to eat about 4 chicken breast though. i tried a little to stay on track. but then again im bulking.

    I feel horrible today.. morning cardio was soo dreadful.. i wanted to quit after the first 10 minutes.. and ended up throwing up after the session..

    bro,when i was in the corps,well during boot anyway,i was fed btwn 10-12,ooo cal a day in 3 meals and still managed to lose 30 pounds in 13 weeks.went from 200 even to 170....that was some 16yrs ago when i was 18.im sure my metabolism has slowed just a bit...lol

    I know im alittle late on the 4th of july thing, but thats cause i havent been on here the past 5 days, but i just gotta get this off my shoulders too. I feel like a lazy alcoholic bum. My brother came home from school on thursday and my cousin came in from outta state so us three started off the first outta 4 days by drinking two cases of beer and 20 more cans outta a 30pack. And that continued in a similar fashion through sunday. Once we woke up, we would pound some hot ham and rolls with a fresh case of beer and continue through the day. Sunday came around and my parents held a 4th party with so much food including brats, hamburgers and spit-roasted chickens supplemented by 2 half barrels that were finished by 8pm. My parents were not pleased with our "belligerent" drinking.

    But now its over, back to the grind. No cheat day for 2 weeks and no drinking for atleast 4 weeks.

    I still feel guilt as hell though.
