are calories, calories?
Hey bros i got a question, i know there are different types of fat (some healthy some not) and i know there are diff types of carbs (complex and whatever the hell), but for calories, say i eat a pizza would that be bad for me as far as calories go? Are there good types of calories and bad types? Thanks alot guys

Yes, Clean and not clean. i.e. pizza=not clean, chicken/fish=clean

They do things for you, mosty not beneficial though. Clean calories are only going to help you in what you need. Unclean calories are going to hinder you, usually because they're so full of macronutrients you don't want, like saturated fats and sugars.

Depends on what pizza u eat! not all pizza is bad because there are some good nutritious frozen pizza, or a home made pizza from scratch is definetly healthier than ordering in! same goes for burgers or anything else. Sometimes its hard o avoid fast food but you have to try to avoid greasy stuff.

pizza and burgurs and fast food is going to get you big, it doesnt matter if the claories are clean or not as long as there is lots of protien and lots of carbs in the food your eating. foods with calories that wont do you any good and that you want to stay away from are things like chocolate bars, chips, candy, pop, doughnuts, stuff like that, thats the sh*t you want to stay away from.

Calories are calories, but gaining muscle as opposed to fat depends on macronutrient breakdown of the diet, types of fat, prot, and carbs, and timing of them.
