The stuff you microwave is pre-cooked and somewhat expensive. The ones I've seen have some spices added but nothing too bad. I just find it easy enough to purchase a ton of boneless, skinless breasts and throw them on the George Foreman grill.

If you really need it to be easy, grill enough for 2 or 3 days and keep them in the fridge. Then you can microwave them or even just eat them cold.

You can get them of varying sizes from $30 up to about $100. You can get them anywhere - Walmart, Target, etc.

They take less than 10 minutes

Yep, about the same deal at sams club, 6lbs for about $14. They are cut very well to, the ones I get they are procesed so well you don't even have to trim the fat off of them.
