I was told they have some chicken that you can throw int he microwave that is sold in like bundles of 12 that is fairly cheap and has like 20g's of protein, i dont know who sells it but does anyone else know who sells stuff like this? Im looking at tysun but i dont know what type of chicken i should get that has the most protein and will fill me up and has good calories thanks.

If you really need it to be easy, grill enough for 2 or 3 days and keep them in the fridge. Then you can microwave them or even just eat them cold.

You can get them of varying sizes from $30 up to about $100. You can get them anywhere - Walmart, Target, etc.
They take less than 10 minutes
