    Question about avocados?

    was planning on eating some for the healthy fats in it but when i got the nutri info i found out that it is basically fat and carbs. a big no, no! am i wrong?

    Avocado (raw, all varieties), 1 medium

    Of 30g fat, 24g is mono or polyunsaturated fats and of 15g carbs, 12g is fiber..so all in all, I would say its a good thing to eat if you are looking for a low carb meal..although, 30g fat in one sitting is still very high and would mean you'd have to control fat intake elsewhere. IMO
