Cool Help with my cutting diet, Please!

I am looking to get cut up and have been on a pretty good diet, I think. An example would be:

    Meal 1
5 egg whites with 1 slice canadian bacan and 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Workout

Post workout shake (40g protein/20oz gatorade)

    Meal 2
Can of tuna with tablespoon of olive oil

    Meal 3
Protein shake with tablespoon of flax oil

    Meal 4
Chicken breast with a sweet potatoe (Plain)

    Meal 5
Lean ground beef with brown rice

    Meal 6
Protein shake with tablespoon of flax oil

    Cottage cheese before bed

I just don't feel like I am getting the results I'm looking for. Help please.

NO MIXING FATS AND CARBS. USE THE EGG WHITES / A PROTEIN SHAKE & EITHER THE OATMEAL OR HAVE THE BACON & 1 WHOLE EGG FOR YOUR FATS.

    Workout

Post workout shake (40g protein/20oz gatorade)

NEEDS TO BE 2:1 CARBS TO PROTEIN HERE.... SHOULD BE 40G GATORADE/DEXTROSE AND 20G PROTEIN

    Meal 2
Can of tuna with tablespoon of olive oil

    NEEDS TO BE PRO/CARB HERE....

    Meal 3
Protein shake with tablespoon of flax oil

    FINE

    Meal 4
Chicken breast with a sweet potatoe (Plain)

NO NEED FOR CARBS HERE.... PRO/FAT

    Meal 5
Lean ground beef with brown rice

MIXING FATS AND CARBS AND AGAIN NO NEED FOR CARBS TO BEGIN WITH

    Meal 6
Protein shake with tablespoon of flax oil

    FINE...

    Cottage cheese before bed

    THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES

I just don't feel like I am getting the results I'm looking for. Help please.

Where is your cardio also? Re-Read the cutting sticky and try to re-work your diet a bit. But cardio is the key to cutting. Diet will take you far, but cardio needs to be there as well

Quick question on ur 2:1 gatorade comment, since sometimes i utilize it when i run outta dextrose. I use the pre-mixed bottle stuff, are the ingredients different from the powder? For instance, you said use 40 grams of gatorade. Do you mean that for instance the bottles have 16grams of sugar per serving so take enough servings to equal a persons 2:1 ratio?

    Thanks,

Yup..... take enough so you are getting the 2:1 ratio and nothing more

If you are really anal about it you can measure it in a measuring cup...... I would just get a bottle that is 2.5 servings @ 16g a serving. That is close enough if you use 25g of protein and 50g of carbs. Now if your using more than that...... like 80g of carbs have fun drinking a couple bottles of gatorade
