LOTS of room for improvement. I suggest reading the stickies at the top of the diet forum.
You work out for almost 2 hours? What do you do that takes so long?
Where's you post workout nutrition?

Thanks for the math lesson. I'm out of there in 45 minutes, but that's not what you were asking about.

ok so it seems like i need to get more carbs with my post workout shake/meal. Other than that doesnt seem to be that bad. According to one of those diets this dude gets 8 eggs a day? On top of all that meat and Im sure once in a while Testosterone (HA!). Isnt that running the risk of having cholestorol of about 8000? Just curious

Dietary cholesterol has little corelation to serum cholesterol in your blood.
And you have more issues with your diet than just adding carbs to your PWO.

Your diet also needs major work. Why you won't read/absorb from the stickies, I've no idea. However, they are there as a guide, so you'd be wise to utilize them.

The American Heart Association and other health experts recommend that you eat less than 300 milligrams of cholesterol daily.
The average American man eats about 360 milligrams of cholesterol daily.
The average American woman eats about 240 milligrams of cholesterol daily.
-----Thats from the AHA website, not sure who i should trust now hmmmmm physicians, scientists and people who actually test medical theories or some random person who posts what they think. Thats not me being sarcastic becuase the AHA has been known to lie when its convienent for them....

Brutha, you're a straight idiot for this.
Go contact the creator of the f*cking food pyramid for help then. Why Bad_Man is wasting his time, I've no idea.
