i am bulking so i went with the concentrate(room for error) the orange is GREAT, esp PWO with dex
the blend only has like 2 gr of carbs, and 1 grs of fat or something...it should be in the link...i compared that to what i get from solid whey and its just as good...dont get me wrong...ill still live and die by the choco solid whey (have 4 jugs right now!!!...lol)...but i wanted to try the orange stuff for a changeQuote:
