Water helps with vascularity...... lots of water. But you have to be lean and have a low bodyfat level to have any real vascularity

You get the sickest vascularity after your carb up days when you are cutting. At least that's what I find.

The B vitamin niacin supposedly increases vascularity - taking too much though can cause the blood to rush to the extremeties, so get the non-flushing kind. Or maybe do a search for foods that are high in Niacin.

Heat helps w/ vascularity. When cold, all your blood is in your core to maintain homeostasis. When you are in a hot environment, the blood rushes to your periphery (arms & legs) appearing more vascular.

I've already forgotten more about nutrition and everything dealing with this forum than you will learn in your entire lifetime. The subject of gear has nothing to do w/this thread, nor does my using it, whether it be for body/brain/etc. You insult translates to "SwoleCat, you're a dumb mother f*cker", and that's a complete non-sequitor, as my response to you gave you somewhere to look, it wasn't an incorrect answer to any question posed that would qualify me as "stupid".
You ridiculed Bad_Man w/NO sarcasm there, so you immediately had one strike on you from my P.O.V. Now you have two.

your response should be "sorry man.. i'm new and am trying..'
he will then respond with a more detailed answer, and so will many others..
If you respond with "Hey, i'm not stupid, just fat...f___ off... then you get what you get......The answer to your every question

I don't care who is polite to me, , but I don't like when someone gives real tangible/real world advice (you) only to get riduculed by it.
Not acceptable.

no clue what went on here, but you guys need to not act so teritorial on each other. It's a small argument between people on a message board.....no reason to get all high and mighty about getting someone canned from the board.
Not taking sides and I dont know the AHA comment big made but swole seemed to be mocking him by posting something about the aha? thats not right, maybe he thought that it was genuine info

I'm afraid you're a dollar short and a day late. This thread had other events leading up to it, hence those new to the thread may not understand my responses. It's no biggie, just scroll right over them if they are not pertinent to you.

I'm sorry but this is starting to annoy me..... STOP BUMPING OLD THREADS W/ ARGUMENTS!! A lot goes on in this forum, and a lot of times we refer to comments made in other threads etc. as questions/comments get repeated over and over or sometimes someone feels they need to be a dick when we try and help. Whatever the case, if you are not in this forum enough to know what is going on keep your $0.02 to yourself. THANK YOU
