That sounds like a diet that i could actually stick to. What is the 'natty' in natty PB?

yeah that diet would work for you. I'm 6'3" 210 now at 9-10% body fat not much fat left on me. i started at 225lbs 15%bf.
I cheated every 7-10 days. I'm also a firm believer in making sure the diet is fully in check with no flaws at all before even thinking about using any type of thermo (or gear for that matter), the rest of the homogays here will agree with me, especially SC.Last edited by slizzut; 07-09-2004 at 01:33 PM.

sweet, i think i finallly got my diet the way i want it. That is a lot of whey though, I'm gonna go through the 10lbs i just got like that.

I have 2 shakes a day now, egg whites in the morning, chicken until i lift, then PWO and either steak/tuna/salmon/chicken for PPWo then shake w/ glutamine and flax before i hit the sack.

I would say 1-2 lbs a week at most is what you should aim for. 3 lbs a week and you are losing muscle most likely
