    Just made from Peanuts.... and maybe salt. Not sugar is added like regular PB. And natty PB has EFA oil in it.

    yeah bro that was just the basis that I started out with 5 weeks ago, its altered since then, pretty much to what you added.

    Instead of the egg whites, what about just a shake? that would be fast acting too right? It would just be easier for me to do that rather than make the eggs. Also, Im 6'2, 200lbs, not sure about the BF% but im guessing btwn. 12-15, would that diet work for me too?

    yeah that diet would work for you. I'm 6'3" 210 now at 9-10% body fat not much fat left on me. i started at 225lbs 15%bf.


    I cheated every 7-10 days. I'm also a firm believer in making sure the diet is fully in check with no flaws at all before even thinking about using any type of thermo (or gear for that matter), the rest of the homogays here will agree with me, especially SC.

    That would work, however whenever I did that (combining whey and natty pb) it upset my stomach. You might be better off doing a shake and 1oz of almonds.

    sweet, i think i finallly got my diet the way i want it. That is a lot of whey though, I'm gonna go through the 10lbs i just got like that.

    I have 2 shakes a day now, egg whites in the morning, chicken until i lift, then PWO and either steak/tuna/salmon/chicken for PPWo then shake w/ glutamine and flax before i hit the sack.

    well its been little more then 5 weeks and some of the lbs lost were water

    I would say 1-2 lbs a week at most is what you should aim for. 3 lbs a week and you are losing muscle most likely
