    where I could improve

    I am 29yrs old 6'2'' 225 10%bf I will be utilizing the w.o that Swole posted.
    I wo first thing in the morning.

    pre-wo 8oz gatorade/1 scoop whey 160 cals 15gms/c 22gms/p

    pwo nutrition this will vary due to slin but it will consist of 7-8c/iu
    15 min later 100gm pro shake 555cals

    1hr later 1cp egg beaters 120 cals 24gm pro
    2slices whole wheat toast 140 cals 26c/ 6pro
    1 cup rice 230 cals 50carbs 5 pro

    10oz chick 467 cals 89gm pr
    shake 44gms pro with tbsp oliveoil 347cals 14gms fat

    10oz chick 467 cals 89 gm pr
    1cup green beans 25cals 10carbs 2pro
    1cup brn rice 230 cals 50carbs 5pro

    10oz beef 682 cals 77pro
    pro shake 44gms pro tbsp olive 347 cals 14gms fat

    pro shake 44gms tbsp olive oil 347 cals 14gms fat

    cals=about 4100
    protien= 540
    carbs= on training days about 250 non training days 150

    Nothing stands out as any glaring error, but I'll be paying close attention to any critique you get as I don't know how a diet should be adjusted (and by how much) when you take insulin .

    I am trying to keep the carbs limited to the first part of the day and realy on fat and protien for the rest. I will have to make adjustment for my none slin time. Thanks bm

    It would be nice if every diet was presented like that. You knew what you were doing when you put that together. The only thing anybody would be able to give you any flack for is the bread. Looks good though bro.

    Seeing that its primarilay a bulking diet I didnt think the bread would hurt, not only that I think the fiber would do me some good. Thanks Rocky

    BRO IMHO YOU ARE HAVING WAY TOO MUCH PROTEIN PER MEAL. OTHER THAN THAT YOUR ALL GOOD FOR BULKING. good luck man keep us posted

    Although I usually don't respont to pm's requesting dietary help (that is what this forum is for), I will ask this:

    Are you utilizing any AAS/GH/T-3/etc. with your insulin usage? If not, the slin is a complete waste of time.

    That is a good plan but I would switch the order of the highlighted meals...Just to cram in more protein closer to the end of you workout. The eggs only provide 24 grams of protein, while the other meal gives 120+ grams.

    I know this thread is old, and I hate to keep bumping it, but I am VERY curious as to why you said that Swole. I thought slin worked well by itself when used PWO, and was an especially great aspect during PCT. Why do you say slin is worthless by itself? Please shed some light on this subject for me, i would greatly appreciate it.
