Thread: too much tuna?

too much tuna?
if i ate 2 cans of tuna (on cycle) in a single serving would that be too much or should I stick to one? that would be around 70 grams of protein. can my body use all that?

I would say at your size that might be too much, but no one can tell you for sure that it will be used or not. Your body is a little more efficient while on cycle, so I don't know what to tell you other than as a rule of thumb I stick to between 40 and 60g of protein a meal. What does your cycle look like?

At 175, I'd say two cans is a bit too much.
I eat two cans w/mayo and no-carb BBQ sauce and it fits great into my plan, but I'm also 250 lbs.

Weeks 1-4: Dbol 25mg/day
Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg/week (mon, thurs)
anti-e's, pct, etc...
I'm looking to cut up alittle bit before I hit this thou. just trying get the diet out of the way.
