Just Made a Delicious Shake...
So since i'm hiking Mount Washington tomorrow, I'm taking today off completely so that I am prepared for an intense hike. I decided to make a shake in the blender with fruit/ON chocolate whey/milk and this is what I came up with:
8 Ounces skim milk
1 Frozen banana
1 Handful of frozen blueberries
1 Handful of frozen rasberries
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey (Mines ON)
It tasted incredible, there is about 25 carbs, 50g protein.
I know that most people on cutters and even on bulking diets don't like to have milk/fruit with high fructose (bananas) but its a nice treat on a day off or cheat day.
