    Just Made a Delicious Shake...

    So since i'm hiking Mount Washington tomorrow, I'm taking today off completely so that I am prepared for an intense hike. I decided to make a shake in the blender with fruit/ON chocolate whey/milk and this is what I came up with:

    8 Ounces skim milk
    1 Frozen banana
    1 Handful of frozen blueberries
    1 Handful of frozen rasberries
    2 Scoops Chocolate Whey (Mines ON)


    It tasted incredible, there is about 25 carbs, 50g protein.

    I know that most people on cutters and even on bulking diets don't like to have milk/fruit with high fructose (bananas) but its a nice treat on a day off or cheat day.

    sounds tasty. I never make good shakes like that, maybe i'll start doing it.

    yuo can also add some plain fat free sugar free yogurt to get a creamyier taste...and the its called a velvet elvis at some protein bars...

    ive been eating one every morning for bf to keep my sanity while doing this **** no carb ****...and its working...

    Yea..... I am gona still hold out until cheat day

    I am pissed off, I overslept this morning and now I don't have time for morning cardio. I hate when you slap the alarm clock for "5 more minutes of sleep" and end up sleeping for another hour.

    i just spray mine out and re use it a few times ed then wash it about once a week...do the same with my shakers...it wont kill ya...it hasnt me yet

    nope...i spray it out...maybe i have a good blender but it doesnt get all stuck inside...also a good trick is to add the liquids 1st...then the rest with the powder on top...thats what i do and it all comes out with a shot of water
