My Cutting Diet
Here's my cutting diet.
Meal #1: 2 tbs Pure Lard, 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 4 natty lights
Meal #2: PWO shake (1 scoop whey, 1/2 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb Ground Chuck, one whole onion, 2 cans chili). Serve this shake over 2 orders of biggie fries from Wendy's (No ketchup, we're cutting here! ).
Meal #3: Largest tub of popcorn from movie theater (if this is too expensive, just check their dumpsters often, you may find a hotdog or some nachos there as well ), 64 oz. jolt cola.
Meal #4: 3 cups romaine lettuce, 1 roma tomato, 1 carrot, 20 egg yolks, 1/2 bottle of blue cheese dressing
Meal #5: 10 0z. beef fat (ask your local butcher, when they look at you funny, just smile and say "Don't worry, i'm on Atkins!"), 8 oz. corn nuts, 2 cans kidny beans.
Meal #6: 8 oz. human flesh, deboned. 3 ears of corn (including cobs), 1 stick of butter
Meal #7: This is the last meal, 90 minutes before bedtime. 8 slices of white bread with jelly, 2 12 oz. colas, 1 pan of baklava (sp?)
Make sure to drink pleny of fluids throughou the day, I reccomend somewhere between 12 and 16 natty lights. This diet is not for everyone, only for the hardcore animals out there! To our health!
