    time to bulk up

    i've been dieting for quite sometime..so now its time for me to bulk up again..i'm thinking that my bulk up plan shall be in the same format as the cutting sticky..but just adding additional calories to each meal..and maybe adding an extra carb/pro meal in the morning apart from pwo and ppwo..what do you guys think?

    I have based my bulking exactly on the cutting sticky. up 20-25lbs of good weight. and my speed training has not sufford and i feel great. only way to bulk!!

    In terms of meal layout / planning etc but with more kcals per meal. Is that a hard concept to understand???
