Yes. Egg yolks are nutritious. Vitamin A, Omega 3 fatty acids, and in spite of common knowledge, they are high in cholesterol, but dietary cholesterol has no effect on serum cholesterol.

Well like I said I eat the whole egg so if I was eating 12 eggs it would be 12 whole eggs. Howver I think you could get away with 12 eggs and 4 - 6 yolks if you were looking to get the nutritional benefits from the yolks.

I cant say exactly what the caloric difference will be, but if you are that concerned then cut it back to 2 yolks. However I was just saying what I would do. You will get Omega-3's from your flax oil so its not a necassity to eat the yolks. I just cant imagine eggs without the yolks.

Well taking the low fat approach it looks good. I am more of a low carb moderate fat eater because sugar packs the fat on me but I could eat bacon every meal and not gain a pound. So it does look good if low-fat is your approach.
Keep your eye on the thread, there are a lot of bros with way more diet info than me. Mine is limited to what works for me. However if I was going low-fat it would look very much like yours.

If you use the egg yolks in meal 1 which is strictly a pro/carb meal, you'd be mixing fat and carbs so thats why the whites are recommended. Also in meal 2 you wont need the flax oil if using the full fat mayo. Everything else looks pretty good to me man. The fat may be a little high before bed and most use flax as their fat source here so there will be absolutely no carbs for bedtime. But since you are bulking i doubt six carbs from the almonds will kill you.

it looks real solid bro. DO NOT use whole eggs with the first meal. keep it pro/carb, no m,ixing of carbs and fats. otherwise you look good to go. only thing I MIGHT think about is the cottage cheese b/c it gives me a soft look for a couple days after. but if you dont care then you are good to go. HAPPY BULKING!!

Try to keep the cardio w/ your new and improved diet and see if you gain..... if you can't gain cut it off completely or try doing it 1-3 times a week for only 30-35 minutes a session

I always use egg beaters mix for my eggs. No fat, no cholesterol and same amount of pro/egg as regular eggs. Usually mix one real egg in there too cuz it adds a ton of flavor. Dont like that light fluffy texture. Use light mayo too. Tastes the same, half the fat.

Go on the net and find a recipe for homemade mayonaise made with Olive Oil. Olive Oil is a great fat.

If you can measure it is easy. I made some, I forget what the link was but it was simple. Eggs, olive oil, spices.

regular mayo is already made with olive oil, why not just buy it? and dont use lite mayo, keep the full fat for your fat source
