    macro and calories

    anybody got any links for sites with lists of foods macro and calorie contents.
    i have never bothered with this before but it seems it is the advice a lot of people are giving on the boards.i am nearly finished my summer diet and want to start putting lean weight on rather than my usual bulk up(PIG OUT).
    thanks for any help.

    1 gram fat = 9kcals
    1 gram carbs = 4 kcals
    1 gram protein = 4kcals

    It's what you do w/that info that matters.

    is it best to count calories or macros or do they both just go together.at the moment i am 194lbs in semi decent shape(will post photos in a couple of weeks) but have never counted calories before so i don't really have a starting point. have read the stickies and was going to start from there.
