Yea, I've tried that. I've read the stickie's, only to learn that I don't know enuf about dieting to know what foods are lean protein, what carbs are complex, etc(basically all the technical ****). I don't know when to bulk(or how long) when to cut(or how long), I posted my diet, and got 2 responses I think. I will find out sooner or later, time is on my side. In the meantime, thanks for responding without the stupid newbie question bull****.

take if for what it's worth.. everyone here has learned from this site.. along with hundreds if not thousands of other individuals.. so that leaves me with two ideas on why you dont seem to be getting it.. 1.. the ideas are much too complex for you to hendle. or 2. your just way to hard headed to let the ideas sink in.. either way its your loss..
