ALA and CLA
what are your thoughts/opinions on useing these while dieting or cutting???
doses you liked???
also...do you need both? (is CLA even needed, or useful?)

In my experience, some people respond extremely well to CLA, and some do not. I would say give it try and see how it works for you. Just make sure you get a CLA with the correct total CLA% and the correct isomers. There are a lot of junk CLA supplements out there. Depending on your size, try 6-12 grams per day spread over 3 doses.

r-ala is very helpful should be dosed in a 1g of carbs to 4mg of r-ala
also should throw in biotin when taking r-ala in a 1mg r-ala to 3mcg of biotin

i was gonna binge on some cookies and milk, but decided the cake was enough sugar and i was so full and gassy...lol
feel good today though...gonna have a killer chest/tri w.o tonight...i can feel it...

They are pretty cheap.... you can buy a box for a couple bucks that has like 30 bags in it. I get it at walmart. Hold up I'll go downstairs and see how many bags are really in there. I knwo there are a lot. I have like 5-6 cups of green tea a day.

Here is what I had:
4 bowls of cereal..... 2 bowls w/ Total Protein Cereal & 2 bowls of hunny nut cherios
2 Bowls of cookies n cream ice cream
1 Glass of milk w/ a PB & J Sandwhich
2 Cinamon Rolls
And then I had a piece of cake my mom had baked lol. Good stuff.... then I was clean the rest of the day after all that went down the hatch. I didn't feel too bad today either, I looked all vascular when I woke up. I was suprised I wasn't all bloated. Cardio was great this morning, I did 60 minutes on the Mill Today is my off day, I wish I was lifting though. I love lifting after a carb up day.

Yeah I know about the gas too. I guess it's a good sign that my body is used to healthy foods or something (is that what it is?), but as soon as I eat junk my body tells me it doesn't like it
