a quick question. lets say if im dealing with a kcal intake of 2200 how should the percentages of macro's be spread 60/20/20 protein carb efa's? This of course is in a cutting diet. thanks for the reply's in advance.

I would say split it 55/25/20 Pro/Carb/Fat.......
Break it down to around 300g Protein, 120g Carbs, 60g fat......
It's not exact but somewhere around there

hmm.. i go by a little formula of 1.5 g of protein by 1 lbs of LBM, carbs for pwo, ppwo and greens with a meal or 2.. rest is made up by fat.. more or less play with the numbers see how it works out..
Thanks bro's for the quick response , i had to cut my kcals down to match the weight i have lost. I personally have to write everything down that i consume or i get pi$$ed i ddnt at the end of the day. So those macro spreads well come in handy when i building this deit tonight.
