Soy sauce on broccoli
I know that soy is not really good for males to take in their diet because it raises estrogen and lowers natural test, but is ANY soy good to take?
If I have some steamed broccoli with soy sauce every other day will that be detrimental to my diet? What if I were to eat it every day?

If you buy "real" soy sauce it has very little sodium. It is the fake garbage that is mostly water and salt that people think is "soy" sauce and it is not.
