Another sweet tarts question
Ive read here that sweet tarts are good for a pwo shake, but I didnt know how many I should take with a 40g protein shake. Or better yet, what is the correct ratio for gram of dextrose to gram of protein. I have heard triple the amount of protein, dont know if thats true though.

Well yea it is..... but why risk it? I think slin should only be used by pro's..... there is no reason for joe blow who wants to get kinda big to take slin. Too risky...

First, this is the Diet Forum. There is an insullin forum.
Second, are you sure you know enough about this guy to suggest such a thing?

You know, I'm still thinking about this, and I can't believe that suggestion. That's some very dangerous advice.

Just making sure you understand that the 2/1 ratio is based on weight, not volume. You cant just go with one scoop of whey and two scoops of dex. The dextrose is much heavier than the whey, so you have to measure gram for gram to get your 2/1 ratio. You probably knew this already, but I wanted to be sure.
