Check cutting sticky, but substitute the oatmeal in the first meal with an EFA.

if in fact you were a certified nutritionist you would of provided her stats since those as you should know are essencial, her food preferences, her allergies, etc.. wait since your a certed nutritionist you shouldnt be asking for a sample diet..

Ehh.... unless your gona pay me some of the money she is giving you to CREATE her diet based on her stats, I ain't about to write you one up and I doubt anyone else will either. That is wrong to ask for a diet from other people anyway when you are going to turn around and sell your "Services" to her. As Elliot stated, we don't know stats, food preferences etc. This is your job, no one is going to do it for you. If you really want to see what some women are using for a cutting why not do a search. Because like I said, no one is going to do your job for you

first off she isnt paying for the diet. second i dont normally work with women and their diets cause i dont feel comfortable enough with them. i work with sports performance and athletes. third, im not a nutritionist, i have a certification for sports nutrition. focuses on athletes and nutrients needed by them. not an overweight female. u guys need to relax and chill. all i was doing was asking for some help. and never mind cause i already took acare of it and figured one out for her

Since we know absolutely nothing about your client, I'm afraid its going to impossible to meet your kind request.
