    Appetite gone and feeling sick in the mornings. Please advise

    hey bro's
    i usually eat 8 or so meals a day(bulking). lately (past 4 or 5 days) i have been feeling quite sick in the morning and my appetite in general has taken a big dive all throughout the day. i find that up until about 10am its nearly intolerable to eat. im in approaching the 3rd week of a sust course at the moment so this is a huge problem. has anyone had a similar problem?
    my training hasntbeen effected overly, i still have energy but im really hurting in the morning when it comes time to eat.
    has anyone else had this similar loss of appetite and 'morning sickness' before?
    below is generally what i would eat before this happened

    meal1 before work 6:30am- shake (2 cups 2%milk, 1 cup oats, 3 egg whites raw, 2 scoops whey protien)

    meal 2 -slice bacon, poached eggs, toast, sultana bran, yohgurt

    meal 3 - tuna, bread, fruit (while working)

    meal 4 - meat serve with vegetables

    meal 5 - tuna, bread, fruit (while working)

    workout

    meal 6 - shake (dextrose whey)

    meal 7- (1hr 30min after workout )meat serve with vegetables

    meal 8 -shake


    now im rather happy with the gains im getting from this diet so im mainly after anything that may relate to the 'morning sickness' ive been feeling and lack of appetite. thanks for your help!

    maybe you can take vitamin b-12 to boost your faltering appetite.

    yeah i take b12. but i always feel a little sick in the belly. its a real pain in the butt. maybe i am just a bit crook and it will pass. its a worry though

    make your last meal (meal 8) a protein/fat meal like whey and oil. also might wanna re-work your diet. from the way it looks you are not getting enough calories.

    Try laying off all that saturated fat in the morning. That would make me puke.

    i feel sick when i wake up. i dont know that it has to do with what i eat in the morning. i can barely stomach my first meal. and my appetite is ruined throughout the day.
    i just dont know why i have this sickness in the morning... its killing me

    Try not eating raw eggs, and the milk. Use water instead and just make it whey and oatmeal.
