In Season Diet
Bros, am I right in thinking that my diet in-season should be high protein and high carbs?
It is basketball season, lifting 3x per week, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning.
What kind of foods would go well with this kind of diet?
I am assuming Chicken, Steak etc... but diet and knowledge of foods is one of my weakER areas...

OK one more thing, I went on allsportnutrition to lok for dextrose and maltodextrose but couldnt find them, did a search. Where do I find them?

found dextrose at kentnutrition.com, i m still lost as to the purpose of maltodextrin??
