i am 6 feet, 194lbs (not sure of bf,abs quite good so maybe 10%?)and going to start bulking again in a couple of weeks but need help getting a diet together.have never counted calories before but am going to start.i want to bulk up cleanly.used the eating calculator at johnberardi.com to give me a starting point and it come up with 4684 calories.this seems a bit high but i am not sure any advice please?
when i get a starting point i will work out my diet and post it.
