nonworkout diet?
I have my diet pretty much squared away for the days when i workout. What kind of an adjustment should be made on days that i dont workout? Less carbs?

Usually yes, in the form of no pwo nutrition (carbs). Some add carbs earlier in the day to a lesser degree to still have some, but it varies from person to person.

I just have carbs in meal 5 and nothing else, because I do cardio 7 days a week.

alright, so in effect just eliminate the dex that i would normally get in my PWO meal. Then eat a carb/pro meal for dinner, and follow up with pro/fat before bed.
