More Cutting diet ?'s
So during my workout days I am taking my carbs in the morning (oatmeal) Then my carbs after my workout (Dextrose and maltodextrin in shake form). So what other foods would cause an insulin spike during the day that I should avoid? Also if I am cutting should I stay away from sugars like raisins in my oatmeal, fruits, Oarnge juice?

Oatmeal = OKAY (as long as it's not the kind with like 14g of sugars)
Fruits, raisins, orange juice = NO NO SUGARS
But how can we tell you what you're eating that is bad if you don't present us w/ a diet outline?

Thanks for the info. I'm following the how to cut thread diet, but I was basically wondering how big an effect it would have to eat more fruits. They are just so hard to stay away from.
