Fat Burnings getting stagnant
Been cutting for about 8 weeks and I want to cut until the end of August but I have been doing cardio 45 mins everyday and eating clean. Not seeing as much change in physique since week 6 and I was wondering if there was anything I could to do start making more progress again.. Was also wondering if anyone has had a problem with ALA or R-ALA... Whenever I take it with my PWO meals I have serious hunger pains in the middle of the night and whenever I dont take it I seem to be fine.
