    Help me plan a diet.

    6'1", 250, 15%bf

    Daily schedule:
    7am 60min cardio (30 treadmill @ 4.5/30 bike)
    8:30am Work (landscaping)
    2pm Lift (each bodypart worked every 4th or 5th day)

    I need help applying what I"ve read in the sticky to my daily schedule.
    I have the egg white/oatmeal thing down for my breakfast...but am not sure if I should have pro/fat for meal #2 and #3 because I work hard and burn off a large amount of glycogen at work (planting trees, building patios, mowing, etc...). When I hit the gym at 2pm, am I going to have energy to lift?

    I'm considering eating a pro/fat meal after cardio in order to extend the fat-burning situation throughout my morning hours...maybe at least until 12noon...then consuming my pro/carb meal (oats/egg whites) which will serve to boost glycogen storage slightly for my 2pm weight workout.

    Thoughts? Thanks bros.

    i assume your cutting, if so make the first meal pro/fat. make sure all your meals are pro/fat except PWO and PPWO, and make sure your last meal is pro/fat

    Thats why i bumped it, so you guys could help

    My diet is so crossed up between a cutting diet and a bulking diet that I shouldnt offer anyone too much help on their diet.

    But if i must, DCB is on the money with pro/fat until PWO and PPWO. However if you are bulking and not cutting then you will need more carbs during the day.

    Sheit, I'll even make one...

    Look into using "Udo's Oil" in your pro/fat meals... very convenient for me... and relatively inexpensive...

    Contains EFA's Omega 3, 6 & 9, and can be mixed into your AM meal, as well as PWO...
