I can find the nutritional facts on rice no problem. I was curious if the facts are based on cooked or uncooked portion
Anyone know

depends where you got the facts from. if you doawlaoded the USDA datbase to your comp ( I highly suggest you all should BTW) then it will say cooked or uncooked.

generally speaking, 1 cup UNcooked rice = 2 cups cooked rice.

It doubles size when you cook it cuz it absorbs the water.
