    Yogurt question

I'm sure this topic has been beaten into groud previously but oh well. I just bought some low carb yogurt that has 8 total carbs, 5 are sugars. Is that ok to eat with a pro/fat meal during the day? I know you dont want to mix the two, but will the result be very significant since its such a low # of carbs.

Personally, I wouldnt. 5 extra grams of sugar added to a pro/fat meal is alot for me. Also, I have no desire to eat yogurt at all, so I guess im kind of biased. I would never waste 5grams of sugar added to my diet from yogurt. Eat some sugar free jello if you need something sweet to fill you up. Durin these hot summer months, ive been goin with sugar free popsicles alot also. I probably go through a box a week.

the way i do it is simple. If im not sure and im affraid of eating it. I wont... If you wanna add more Kcals to your diet use Natty Pb for fat sources. That will give you an icrease in Kcals.

If you are bulking it should be fine. If you are cutting, even 5 grams of extra sugar can slow down progress.
