I would buy the raw ones at Costco or Sams Club (I usually get the really big bag), then throw them on a pizza pan or in a cake pan and bake them for about 5-6 mins at around 350. Instant Roasted Almonds :). Just make sure you DON"T overcook them and make sure you let them cool completely before eating. Don't roast the whole bag at one time b/c the roasted ones only last a couple of weeks.
