    Almonds

For a bulking diet that ncludes almonds, do the almonds have to be "whole natural", or are roasted almonds ok?

Roasted is fine.... I would just stay away from the ones that add sugar like the flavored almonds or the ones that are salted. No need for excess sodium

But if you are bulking and don't care then go for whichever you want

I would buy the raw ones at Costco or Sams Club (I usually get the really big bag), then throw them on a pizza pan or in a cake pan and bake them for about 5-6 mins at around 350. Instant Roasted Almonds . Just make sure you DON"T overcook them and make sure you let them cool completely before eating. Don't roast the whole bag at one time b/c the roasted ones only last a couple of weeks.
