I just found this site yesterday, did a little light reading, and here i am today posting for the first time. I'm not really into roids so i figure i will probably only be making posts in the fitness forums. A little about myself....
6'3, 199lbs (as of last week when i weighed myself), been lifting for about a year and a half but just got a little more serious this summer. Im looking to add some muscle and size, but not at the expense of losing definition or getting a gut. I'm not sure what my body fat is but im not fat. i can see my top for abs when i flex them.
Right now my max on bench is probably at about 275....just to give an idea of where i am at there. I realize that max bench isnt important but anyway, i would like to get it up to 315 so that i can have 3 plates on each side.
I know some about dieting and lifting and what not, but i have a lot left to learn obviously. Im here to listen and maybe occasionally throw in my opinion.
