Also throw in some macadamia nuts ( a bit $$$ ) but once a day and you can find them cheap. IF your cutting they're just a bit higher in cals, fat, carbs...
don't forget about walnuts too.
roast those almonds..as they taste pretty bad when they are raw..let them cool..and you''ll have some crunchy delicious nuts!..brian..almonds ain't that bad..i can eat them in all my meals..roasted of course..lol
