    The Ratio Wen Cutting

    hey guys wen you cutting. must your pwo still be 2:1 or must your carbs drop an have it at 2:2. really confused

    2:2, 1:1....same thing

    You can keep it 2:1, you can make it 2:1.5, it really doesnt matter. Some people cut back, some dont. Its totally up to you but i recomment staying at a 2:1 simply bc the purpose is to rush those nutrients to your muscle, and whether or nto you are cutting or bulking, you want to still develop your muscles. Also you didnt specify, but make sure you are using dextrose for the carbs.

    2:1 is a good ratio to follow..whether cutting or bulking..it doesn't make a big difference..it's just that when you are bulking..you have more carbs and proteins than cutting..just do the 2:1 and you will be fine..
