haha, i asked the same question a few days ago. First empty the bag into a container to make sure the scoop isnt buried. Then check out this thread for answers....

They put the scoops in the side of the box, sometimes kind of under the bag. They dont put it in the bag, so it wont get buried. Each scoop is 10 grams of carbs. If yours got left out somehow, you should email them. I am sure they will take care of you. Customer service is what they are all about.

I bought a food weigh scale. I don't use scoops for any of my whey, dextrose. I just put a big measuring cup on the scale and then dump the powder in until it gets to the amount that i need. No pissing around with scoops. Helps when you are measuring out meat, etc.

    For those scoopless:

    1 tsp = 3.2g dex

    1 cup = 48 tsp

Take your carb needs: lets say 100

    100 / 3.2 = 31.25 tsp /48 = .65 Cups or

    .5 cup + .15 cup or 1/2 cup and (.15*48) or 7.2 tsp

    So basically 1/2 cup, 7 1/4 tsp
