Just went ape**** and boy do i feel better...

As I depleted myself over the last 3 days, I woke up today and had a small cup of oats with my regular egg white omelet. Tomorrow was my schedueled cheat meals/day, so today I was going to stay on my diet. Well everything was going as planned until I fell into temptation and tore up all the junk in my apt. (my gf keeps some junk around to have on our cheat days only). Well, I just ate 6 granola's bar one after another and a few mini sized choc candies. It was great. I felt like a pregnant fat chick with an uncontrollable sweet tooth for that second. Now I'm on the prowl since I last minute changed my cheat day around to today. This ever happened to any of you?

Yeah, there were times that I couldn't wait!!! Someone had ordered pizza or soemthing, and it was halfway through Saturday, me waiting for Sunday, I then say "f*ck it", and start devouring all the sh*t I can grab, because now "Sat" is my official cheat day. :lol:

not to be done on a regular bases.... but run.. don't walk to the toilet.. and purge...........

happens all the while..i constantly change my cheat days....lol....but i guess i have to get a hold on myself..=)
