i was just wondering, how does it directly effect fat loss? or does it just help to decrease water retention?

decreases water retention by telling your body that it doesnt have to hold on to water because you are running so much through it. thus flushing out most of the water in your system, especially around the abdominals.

Water helps flush out toxins as well, and also stimulates metabolism

Also, if by drinking more water, you retain less, won't this help you lose water retention in your fat cells as well? Would this help to burn it off?
