    My bulking diet, critique

    Just thought I would post my bulking diet for a critique, I have been slowly phasing myself out of a ckd cutter by first rearanging my macro's and then slowly adding calories. This is the basic layout of what I've been eating for the past 3 weeks or so, I'm starting a bulking cycle in about 2 weeks and want to make sure every aspect is in check.

    Stats-
    age- 23
    weight- 173
    Bf- Very low
    Height- 5' 8" or so

    7:00am (wakeup time)-
    9 egg whites
    3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
    150G oatmeal
    1 Tbsp Dextrose
    1/4 cup sugar free syrup
    cinnimon, & vanilla extract
    (I make all these igredients into pancakes)
    Sups- Chromium 500mcg, R-ALA 200mg, Vit C 1g, Super B complex



    585/65/69/4.5


    9:30 (at work)
    1 tbsp cod liver oil
    1 tbsp flax oil
    2 scoops ON
    Sups- Vit E 400iu, Vit A 10,000iu


    485/46/3/ 30


    12:00 (usually in class here)
    6 slices whole wheat bread
    1 can chicken (5oz)
    1 scoop ON

    2:30- Occasional ECA (stacker 2)



    3:00-4:00- Workout time

    4:00-
    40g Whey hydrosolate/isolate mixture (I nearly puke when trying pure hydro),
    120g Dex/malto combonation
    5-10g creatine (I forget the spoon half the time and have to guesstimate)
    Sups- Chromium 500mcg, R-ALA 200mg, Vit C 1g, Super B

    I normally drink half the shake with creatine and r-ala upon finishing workout, then sip the rest for about 30 minutes. What are all of your thoughts on this method? Logically it would seem to be the best for keeping insulin up to shuttle the creatine, but at the same time sacrificing the imediate insulin burst to knock me out of catabolism.

    2oz nuts (roughly half a cup)

    10:00 ZMA, and melatonin, occasional benedrill

    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 tbsp flax oil
    1oz cheddar cheese

    Overall-
    3600/311/345/101

    Cals/protein/carbs/fat


    Please tell me what you think of my diet. This is the most I've ever eaten before, and it seems to be paying off well so far, just need to make sure this is all good for the cycle. Thanks.

    I'd bump the cals to 4000 and get rid of the dextrose in your first meal.

    Honestly, what you're lacking is more red meat.

    Beef eh? Can you recommend any kinds? Wait, you better just tell me exactly what to say to the butcher, as I am horrible at shopping for food (hence the "canned chicken" )

    BDTR, Can you suggest where to put those cals? Im not sure I can take more protein, as I am already a putrid fart factory.
