alot of my friends use muscle milk too...i've traded them a shake of their stuff for mine and is tastes awesome too especially with milk...

Syntrax Nectar line is by far the best tasting protein. Apple Ecstasy, kiwi strawberry, lemonade, fuzzy navel, carribbean cooler, crystal sky, etc etc. Tastes bomb and it is pure isolate with 23 grams of protein with 0 carbs and 0 fat, so it is good for the isloation of either carbs or fat with your protein. Try that shiat out!

I have yet to try the orange flavored protein from allthewhey. I have choco and bannana and both taste awsome, especially after mixing it with dex for a pwo shake.

well im trying to be a big mofo like him... i dont think the extra cals is too big of a problem i dont need to see my six pack..long as i can see the lines im happy u know...plus he started out a skinny guy like me so i will follow his diet if it worked for him it can work for me right?

But seriously... wouldn't it be harder for ppl like Elliot and myself to lose the fat from the shakes, opposed to someone with an extremely high metabolism?

i have a super fast metabolism bro...i take about 2 shakes a day from the Nlarge and the rest i eat mostly low fat high protein meals...like tuna fish or chicken breast...i just put in the Nlagrge2 to get those extra cals in...im trying to make shure i have enough to get some good size on this current cycle....plus, its always been easier for me to loose fat than to gain it thats why im not worried too much about the calories and getting fat...
