I drop PPWO meals from my diet on non trainig days. The only carbs I intake are first thing in the morning, i dont see the need for anymore carbs after that especaily if your really carb sensitive. So dont reduce the calories just up the fat so that your body uses it as its main source of energy.

pwo and ppwo = mean POST WORKOUT and POST POST WORKOUT.

If there is no workout, why would you be eating such a meal???

personally i have 0 carbs on non-lifting days. however, i do double sessions of cardio on non-lifting days, so i have fat/pro meals throughout the day to make sure i stay burning fat and my efforts dont go unrewared.
