i read glutamine should not be takin with whey because they compete for uptake...it only seems logical that pwo would be a good time to take glute so how long should the wait be btwn glute intake and whey...presently pwo looks like this

15 min later 80g whey
1hr later 12oz chicken,1/2 cup brown rice

should i drop the glute and just take it in the am and before bed or is there enough time there in btwn to not effect the uptake
