Is this good for my first meal

I went to costco last week and got 3 packages of liquid eggs. each package has 8 cartons that hold 2 cups. 1/4 a cup has 0fat 1carb 6protein. they were only $7 a pack. anyways is it alright if I have 1 and 1/4 cup of the liquid eggs with 5tblspn of ground flax seed. I just put that in my shaker add a little water and chug it down.
    the shake comes out to
    12.5g fat
    35g protein
12 carbs, but 7 are fiber from the flax seeds.
It doesn't taste bad at all just a little grainy because of the seeds.
I hate cooking up my eggs in the morning. You guys think this is alright to do.

I'm assuming these things are pasteurized, so you'll be fine.

Yeah, that was my only concern as well. That and how your farts are going to run everyone out of house and home.

I do the same thing, but add a little chocolate protein powder to mask the taste- or lack there of. I blend mine with some ice, and it's great!
