Supplementing my cutting diet for September

Guys, this question is to try and clarify conflicting ideas on supplementation. I was going to start my first AAS cycle in September, but have decided to move it back. I am going to cut prior to bulking. I have read the "unofficial cutting diet" which taught me a ton, plus have researched the diet forum some. Here is the question:

Along with my diet, I was going to supplement with clen , and possibly letrozole (which should aid in me getting rid of some excess skin from my weight loss). I have a customer (I sell fitness equipment) who is a very large trainer who is trying to convince me that clen/letro are very overrated. (He also says that cardio is overrated, except for very short burst, interval training - but that is another subject). He is telling me that I should only be supplementing with fish oil (specifically EPADHA). I am hoping that this is the right place for this question. Who is right, is there a right answer, what are the pros/cons of each, and why?

I searched here for EPADHA, and got nothing. Did search on fish oils and got a lot of threads, but didn't notice them pointing towards the fat burning characterisitics of EPADHA. Hopefully somebody can help. Thanks in advance

By the way, I should add that he wanted me to supplement it at an unbelievably high rate. He was saying 8-10 g (not mg, but g) ED. Seems like a ridiculous hassle, but what do I know. I am no diet specialist

i would say that swole cat is the specialist on this, so wait for him to respond or shoot him a PM.

from a personal perspective. Clen worked very well for me. I used it in conjuction with t3 and found the results to be very worthwhile. I dont know about the fish oils. Either way, keep us posted.

Tell the trainer he is full of $hit Clen & Cardio are a GREAT WAY to lose fat. Cardio is basically the only time of the day you be ensured that you are in lipolysis. Fish oil is great for fat burning yet, but flax oil is as well. The combination of the two will give you great results. Throw the clen into the mix and it will just speed things up and help with anti-catabolism. Just listen to what you are told here. Interval training sucks for fat burning

Thanks Lean, that is what I thought. What do you think about that much oil ED? Is it worth the hassle? Also, I see you referred to clen , but not letrozole . Is that not your game, or do you not advise it? Thanks for the help thus far guys

Supposed to aid in firming of skin among other cutting attributes. KingofMasters told me about it. Studies have been done to show that it can assist in ridding males under 30 of excess skin in extreme weight loss situations, without the need for surgery. I know there are other uses, but this is what interests me about it. It is available as a research chem along the same lines as clen , nolva, and clomid.

If KOM told you about it, I'd pretend you never heard of it.

He's the same guy who preaches eating 3 meals per day.
