Creatine
i'm sick of people listing incorrect information on creatine conversion to creatinine, so here is the real deal. Lactose, sugar, and milk have NO effect on creatine conversion! The conversion is more dependant on the pH of the solvent your adding the creatine to, then what the solvent is. if the pH is around nuetral, it breaks down no faster than it would in water(pH7). Here is a simple table to use as a creatinine conversion guideline once activated! Keep in mind that this is general information, in other words YOUR fruit juice or the fruit juices I tested might vary slightly, etc.
All pH testing was performed in buffered solutions using an IR for hydrogen ion concentration!

NO, do NOT drink it with juice or a sports drink, it CONVERTS TO CREATININE FASTER, did you not read what i posted???? lol
the closer to nuetral to pH the liquid is, the better you are, IE do NOT dissolve it in orange juice(citric acid), etc....drink it with water
