Right, that's why I suggested the cutting sticky. It's all laid out there as clear as day, that's a great help indeed.

I am more than sure you'll see the areas in which to improve.

Gravy and butter are a no-no. Protien and carbs, or protien and fat, but no carbs and fat.

If I'm taking 55 g of protein in my post workout shake, is 46 g of dextrose enough?

Throw out those protien bars, they suck ball ass, have a protien shake instead with some peanuts or cashews. Your breakfast is bad, oat meal has carbs and eggs have fat, carb/fat is bad. Axe the oatmeal and go for the pro/fat meal to keep in liposys (fat burning after cardio).

I use 3 table spoons of dextrose in a shake. You cant convert tablespoons to grams (volume to mass dont work) so I dont know much 110g is. If you knew the mass in grams of 3 tablespoons of dex then you could use the molecular wieght of 198g/mol of dex to find out how many grams are in 3 tablespoons, but I dont have a postal scale.

Well the dextrose I bought has a serving size of 4 tablespoons equals 46 g of dextrose, so to get 110 g I need about 10 scoops?

what do we think???? we think its time to invest in a calculator so you dont have to ask

ok dude. . 2 scoops of dex (using your protein scooper) is about 75 grams of carbs. on a side note, 110 sounds like an aweful lot of dex to me, you dont need that much to recover.
